Being knowledgeable about soccer Needing to be competitive Prior experience coaching
What is needed
Attend ONE 60-minute practice (for 8U and below) or TWO 90-minute practices (for 10U and above) per week Attend ONE game per weekend. Spend an additional hour or two per week preparing for practices, communicating with the parents, etc. We’ll help you with those details Take a few short online training and certification courses prior to the season Have a genuine desire to learn and provide a positive experience for your child and teammates
